Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new store starts with a free trial of 14 days on the plan you pick, with every feature of that plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Switch to another plan any time from Settings → Plan in your admin.
What is the third-party payment fee?
When a payments app or an outside gateway takes the money for an order, a small percentage of it is added to your bill — lower on bigger plans. Payments you record yourself, such as cash on delivery, carry no fee.
Which currencies and languages can I sell in?
Your store can sell in 162 currencies and publish in 139 languages. Markets set the currency, language, prices and domain for each part of the world.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Every store gets a free address to start. You can connect your own domain at any time and verify it with a DNS record.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes, on plans with a yearly price you pay less than twelve months at the monthly price. The saving is shown on each plan.
